Landcare Australia was selected to support eTree, based on the reputation it has built for environmental work that continues to be implemented via a series of networks throughout Australia. These networks consist of professionals and volunteers who work enthusiastically and tirelessly to create a real difference where it matters.
This initiative is open to all Australian listed companies, regardless of registry provider.
Your donation will be contributed towards local re-forestation projects in your state or territory. If you live in New Zealand, your donation will be contributed towards a New Zealand re-forestation project. For all other overseas securityholders, donations will be pooled together and then divided equally amongst eTree Projects. To find out more about these projects click here
This can vary. As a guide, Landcare Australia estimates that, using direct seeding innovations, local project management methods and the assistance of volunteers, landowners, technologists and practitioners, 2 trees could be established in major landscape projects across Australia for every $1 donated. But this a short-term guide only and will be replaced by a long-term measure of landscape change
This will depend on the company in which you hold shares. Each company has different offerings, depending on such things as legal factors. As a result, each company will send out different communications at varying times of the year. It is also possible that a company may only send selected items via email and others via post.
The following electronic communications may be offered:
• Company Reports (Annual, Interim, Quarterly)
• Chairman’s Address
• Newsletters
• Company Announcements
• Company Marketing
• Notice of Meeting / Proxy Form
• Securityholder statements (Holding statements / Dividend statement)
No. Typically, companies will not send large documents such as the Annual Report via email as the size of the document will overload space within your email account. Instead, you will receive an email containing a link, directing you to their corporate website, where you can view or download the Annual report.

Yes, you can change your elections at any time. To do this please click on the below link and select "Email address update". Once you enter your shareholding details you will be prompted with a screen to change your elections. www.computershare.com.au/investor
Simply visit www.eTree.com.au and follow the same registration process to update your email address. Every time you update an old email address a $0.50 donation is made to Landcare Australia
No personal information will be sent via email. Instead you will be emailed a link to a secure website which has high encryption. You will be required to enter your SRN/HIN and, in some instances, depending on your holding company and the type of publication, you may need to join Computershare’s Investor Centre. www.computershare.com.au/investor
During the initial registration process of your holding with eTree, if you have a portfolio of holdings which contain identical registration data to the initial holding you are registering, we may be able to contact you if a Computershare managed company has become an eTree member.
Furthermore, there is also a `Can’t find my company’ button on the registration page, where you can provide your email address and the name of athe company you own shares in. We will email you if this company becomes a member. We will not donate money to Landcare Australia until that company becomes an etree member and you accept to receive shareholder communications electronically from the associated company.
